Treat yourself with a vacation you will remember for a long time, in the peace and quiet of a family house with 2 apartments, in the middle of a garden filled with fruit trees, flowers and herbs. It's an ideal accommodation for families or groups of friends up to 10 people, it is comfortably and functionally decorated, and with its location, it offers you all the benefits of staying in the city, but also silence and privacy, since it is located in a fairly quiet street. The house is located in a quiet area of ​​Rijeka called Martinkovac, and within 10 km you can reach the center of Rijeka, Trsatska Gradina, the center of Opatija or beautiful Kastav, and less than 20 km away is the beautiful Učka Nature Park. A large shopping center and a traffic junction (entrance to the highway) are just a few minutes' drive away.

The house consists of 2 apartments.
On the ground floor is an apartment consisting of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. You can relax on the private terrace or in the garden (feel free to help yourself to some of our fruits and vegetables).
On the first floor there is a second apartment, with 3 bedrooms (one room has a balcony), a kitchen, a living room with a balcony, a bathroom (bathtub and shower cabin) and an additional separate toilet.
Additional comfort is provided by free parking on the property (for 2-4 cars), free Wi-Fi internet and air-conditioned space, and an equipped kitchen, and we are especially pleased to inform you that your pets are also welcome (dogs). A separate entrance ensures complete privacy for our guests.
The garden is beautiful in spring and summer. With a large space with a dining table under the gazebo, it is suitable for enjoying barbecues and outdoor living, yet you have everything you need less than a 10-minute drive away.
The tap water is clean, drinkable and tasty.
Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas (balcony, terrace).
