INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE APARTMENT AND USEFUL TIPS:
CHECK IN
When you arrive at the campsite reception, you can leave your car’s license plate number along with
your arrival and departure dates.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The campsite reception is responsible only for opening the entrance barrier and
not for your reservation, which is managed by us.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully read the following instructions:
1) KEYS AND LOCKS
The keys are inside the key box holder, situated close to the apartment door

2) PARKING
Parking is free and available in the pine forest in front of and next to the apartment, and you may park
wherever you find a free spot.
3) REGISTERING DATA
We are kindly required by law to register all our guests, so we’d appreciate it if you could send us the
following details for each person:
Type and number of ID/passport
Full name and surname
Gender
Country of residence
City of Residence
Date of birth

These details are necessary for official registration in the Ministry of Tourism database. As soon as
registration is completed, all personal data is deleted from our system. Of course, we handle everything
in full accordance with the GDPR.
If it’s easier for you, you’re welcome to send us photos of the documents via WhatsApp (+385 99 546
4245) or email (info@rentangels.eu). These photos will also be deleted immediately after registration is
done.
👉 Please note: Without this data, unfortunately:
insurance coverage is not valid in case of personal accidents, potential damage caused by or to guests is
not covered,and in case of an inspection, the main guest who made the reservation may be subject to a
fine between €130 and €660 per person.
4) INSIDE THE APARTMENT
- The linen and towels are provided for each person.

- The internet password is printed on the information sheet and stands in the apartment
- Hot water: the switch for the boiler in front of the bathroom door, need to be always on "on" position.
- Water from the tap: it is drinkable.
We hope you will feel at home in our apartment, so please be kind to the apartment as you would to your
beloved home. Keep it orderly and safe, and try to be friendly to our beautiful nature - be responsible with
water, energy and waste.
5) APPLIANCES:
Please handle appliances with care and according to their purpose. For any damage caused by improper
or negligent use, we will have to hold you responsible and charge you for the damage.
Washing machine - don’t overfill it with clothing, please, leave some empty space inside the drum.
Clothing gets very heavy when soaked wet, so too much clothes could be damaging. Make sure you
open and close the machine door properly. Most washing machines have security time for opening the
door - this means that after the washing cycle is finished, the door will not open immediately, but only
after a few minutes, so don’t force the door to open.
6) WINDOWS / SHUTTERS / SUNSHADES:
Please take care that all the windows are fully closed before you leave the apartment, in case of sudden
rain. Also, please make sure that window shutters are fixed - no matter if open or closed, please secure
them, because our strong winds might crush them if they are loose. Sunshades should be retracted
(pulled in), or you risk having them gone with the wind.
If the weather forecast is unfavorable, such as strong wind or rain, please make sure to bring the
cushions, umbrellas, and lightweight chairs inside the apartment.

7) WASTE
Waste containers, which are separated as follows: glass/plastic/metal (blue), paper/cardboard (yellow),
and organic/other waste (green), are located at the beginning of the street of the apartment complex.
8) CHECK OUT
Before leaving at CHECK-OUT, lock the apartment door Place the keys back into the key box and shuffle
the numbers.
