Villa The Nest is located in a quiet, green part of Ičići, ideal for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. It offers a beautiful sea view, while the beach, sea and the famous Lungomare promenade are only a 10-minute walk away. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful, lush garden that provides privacy, peace and a pleasant atmosphere throughout your stay.

The villa extends over the ground floor, first floor, mezzanine and attic, offering plenty of space and comfort.

On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a large bed and a private bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a traditional tavern and an additional guest toilet.

On the first floor there is a kitchen with a spacious dining area and a large living room with a fireplace, which opens onto a large terrace with a gas grill, as well as a smaller terrace on the opposite side.

Stairs lead to the mezzanine floor, where there are three bedrooms with large beds and a shared bathroom; the master bedroom also has its own private bathroom. All three bedrooms have access to their own small balconies.

There is an additional smaller room in the attic, ideal as a children's room. The entire villa offers free Wi-Fi and private parking for several cars.
