This unique combination of three apartments, which are "merged" into one spacious, modernly designed apartment, contains as many as four rooms, two of which have their own bathroom. Three rooms have a desk with UTP connections and a bed sized 180x200, while the fourth room, located in the smallest unit (Zuccheriera), has a bed sized 160x200. The apartment has three shared bathrooms, one of which (Torpedo) features a hydromassage bathtub and bidet. Two units (Torpedo and Hartera) have a living room with a TV and a pull-out sofa, as well as access to a balcony on the northern (Hartera) and southern (Torpedo) sides. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area is available in two apartments (Torpedo and Hartera), while the third unit has a cooking corner and a table for two. In the hallway (Torpedo), within the wall structure, there is a washing machine and dryer. All three units have a TV, air conditioning in every room, and free Wi-Fi. Each apartment has a separate entrance with its own code on the door, allowing for privacy if needed.

NOTE: The building has an elevator located on the mezzanine floor, so it is necessary to take stairs (approximately 20 steps) from the building entrance to the elevator. Also, from the mezzanine floor where the elevator stops, you need to take stairs (approximately 20 steps) to reach the apartment.
